For many years, the Friends have produced a newsletter in print form, distributed to orchestra members at rehearsals, and mailed out to others who have had a connection in the past. After the launch of the website, we thought seriously about moving on from a paper-based publication. Indeed, certain things such as the Small Ads quickly moved online. But there seemed a real need for a complementary source of information.
You can open and download the Autumn 2011 FSYO Newsletter here. Following a surprise shake-up in the previous editorial team, Jane Higgins nobly stepped in to collate all the stories. We are living in interesting times, and this is a must-read.
